Senior management only pays attention to project delivery, managers micromanage to meet deadlines. Management does not respect people, they just want work done somehow. Severely Understaffed Work pressure , 12 hours slogging is a norm, Aggressive Night on calls, I guess Management see's employees as a machine. Non considerable environment Moving towards toxic firm because of Favouritism, No proper training and development, Management bullying, weak HR.
