Wanted to give 3.5 rating. Flexible timing and hybrid policy. Learning wise okay, you can explore new things if you want but it is limited, but it can sometimes get stagnated. Free food, Other benefits which are employee centric, culture inherited from deshaw

Cons

Tech stack is very limited, disadvantage of fintech companies. More Focus is kept on client specific requirements. They are providing new features/tools incrementally on the core product side of thing also. Work life balance can get hectic Sometimes oncall can be tiring. Old deshaw culture fading away.
