Different salary to campus and market hires. no monetary non-monetary rewards /recognition. Poor work life balance. Slow growth if you join as Associate because both Associate and Analyst have same job description (even freshers join as Analyst) Poor higher education policy. Peers not supportive sometimes. Training is not systematic
