* High Pay + Annual Gifts * Remote Work Flexibility * Highly Skilled Engineers (stuck in politics)

Cons

* Legacy Bad Software Exists and everyone wants to improve it but always stuck in politics. Mid layer managers are very old and scared to take risks which hinders developer experience and ability to make good software. * Mid layer management is scared of taking risks and also gets too much involved in engineering. Software will not improve unless mid-layer management is changed.
