      Food, flexible timings, e learning options, trying to get processes in place to ensure stability

      Cons

      Work is repetitive and boring, just making people's skills deteriorate. Excessive hiring has led to quality of people come down a lot. Headed very fast towards maintenance mode on all applications, there is no real work left anymore. Too much operational work even for devs.

      1. Zero learning curve 2. Stuck to old technologies 3. People work here without any proper planning 4. Repetitive and boring work 5. Management is very poor
