      Pros

      Benefits and pay are awesome makes it hard to find somewhere to compete with. Cafe downstairs is awesome and really good, not part of the company but good.

      Cons

      No work life balance. They cater to older employees could care less about new employees which makes no sense wouldn’t u want to listen to younger , educated people than people about to retire and miserable. Older employees very immature and think they know it all. They promoted me within the first 4 months I was here but not worth it. Newsflash young professionals want flexibility this is not the 90s.

      Pros

      Arch is a great company to work for so long as 5he job opportunity is in one of their traditional property and casualty product lines. (I.E. Surety )

      Cons

      Arch is quick to get into new product lines and equally quick to get out of tbem. They ate very disorganized when it comes to sharing administrative resources, such as compliance and marketing.
