jerk you around for interviews, rescheduled 1st interview 3 times, rescheduled second interview 4 times, never followed up to say they moved on with another candidate even after i followed up asking about the 3rd interview... no response from anyone. they don't care about wasting your time.

Benefits. 401k employer match. Insurance premiums are decent

Cons

Micromanagement. People are always on your back. Meetings overload. Work pressure and expectations are really high and unrealistic. All they care about is numbers and not employees. No Work/Life balance. Lot of overtime hours with no comp off.

lack of promotion as most employees work there forever and there isn't enough opening for internal candidates to be promoted.
