Pros

Great training program for young professionals looking to get a start in the insurance industry. Top notch insurance veterans know how to keep a successful company steadily moving forward. Great work life balance and competitive pay are what I miss.

Cons

Not the most exciting work environment. Standard cubicle job. Come in, do your work, maybe have a fun activity once a quarter.

I am really happy here, so hard to think of anything negative. Senior management is assessable for both employees and customers.
