Tuition reimbursement / Continuing education programs Highly competitive pay, bonuses, and ESPP Seasoned underwriting staff willing to share knowledge RVP and home office who want to see you succeed I've personally seen them adjust workload and help employees work through things in tough times - pretty awesome.

Cons

Nothing worth noting. I think the whole industry could use a boost in their use of technology, but I'm a millennial, so I guess I tend to focus on the potential there.
