      Pros

      PTO, they merged with United Guaranty, the sun shines, they have great severance packages

      Cons

      This is by far the most worst job I have ever experienced. There is no communication, no goals, higher level management is clueless as to how long projects take. On the colleague side everyone is out for themselselves zero teamwork. They have now merged with United Guaranty which I will hope will help them. 90% of the employees at Arch did not even know how to use excel. I hope UG can teach them this.

      Good people, collaborative, openness to Sr. Mgmt., less bureaucracy

      Cons

      Poor company communication, minimal promotions in most departments, no casual Friday!

      You need to be placed with the right people. Otherwise this small intimate company will be a miserable experience.
