      Not good with new product lines

      Pros

      Arch is a great company to work for so long as 5he job opportunity is in one of their traditional property and casualty product lines. (I.E. Surety )

      Cons

      Arch is quick to get into new product lines and equally quick to get out of tbem. They ate very disorganized when it comes to sharing administrative resources, such as compliance and marketing.

      Pros

      Coworkers are sweet and pretty down to earth. I'll give my stars to them. Location is ideal.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, politics from upper management needs to stop. Their excuse is "it's everywhere." Not a good excuse to normalize poor behavior. Favoritism/Cronyism: really heavy here. Managers only give the privilege of working from home to their favorite employees. Some managers abuse the system. Very cliquey like middle-school. Lack of growth. Pay is bad.
