      A raise every year, usually 2 percent.

      Cons

      You cant really move up unless the boss is cool. Not everyone pulls their weight . Age doesn't matter. You can get the laziest young or old coworker. You can't move to another department, only the lazy ones are allowed to move. The hard working ones wants you to stay in the same department.
