Arch has a strong background in insurance. They established many lines of business including Casualty, Property, Surety and Construction. They offer competitive salaries and a great benefits package amongst other corporative incentives.

Cons

While glad they further developed their training and development program, I believe they should take it to the next level and develop a program for managers. There are very seasoned employees who are excellent at their jobs and are promoted, only to become questionable managers.
