Pros
Agile but high growth management style. Push for growth but keep underwriters in the loop as to reasons for decision making. Very flat organization and intentional about it. Not too bureaucratic and it seems like they take suggestions from all levels seriously. Ambitious goals but hiring and attitude is in line with them. Push for culture and teamwork since I've been here. Opportunities available if you want them. I really like my team, everyone has been great to work with. Great W/L balance.
Cons
Not the best onboarding process for new hires. My team definitely picked up the slack in that area though.
