      Great Benefits , Above average 401 K match ,

      Cons

      Callous company that does not care about employees , IT Management that lacks real understanding of ITSM, ITIL or the Core technologies they are attempting to implement and support , Most of the older IT talent has left for other companies due to poor IT management and the frustration of not being able to do their jobs with integrity. The company is now relocating and Dumping on the rest of the IT Employees.

      Pros

      Growing company. Pay is pretty decent. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, employee appreciation, transparency, processes. No growth opportunities and if there are they low ball salaries instead of paying what the job should pay. Make promises but if they can make more money by breaking those promises they will step over you to get there.
