Some talented people, some not. So really good leaders, some trashy ones.

Cons

Company has growing pains, the old guard do not embrace new things well and its causes friction. Middle management in areas has no backbone, and are people pleasers. Upper management is just ok. iykyk

Pros

- Good for beginners in technology roles. Great place to learn and transition from college setup to corporate structure. - Good benefits in the area.

Cons

- If you are more than 2 years into your technical journey, stay away from this company. - Not a good place for career growth. The only way to progress in this company is for some one above to leave their position and it opens up. - Mediocre people and management who just want to do the bare minimum. - Too much redtape or approvals to get a simple thing done. - They dont embrace technology changes in the market, they act only when something is going out of license. - Compliance over Innovation- lots of compliance restrictions that curbs innovation. I understand compliance is important, but , dang god the things that are stuffed in this compliance makes me wonder sometimes, what am i doing here!!!!
