      Great staff, my position didnt have to much micro managing until the end when management change.

      Cons

      Management who try to control another department without stepping foot inside to see what is needed. Wasting many of the coworkers time in zoom meetings very few want to be apart of. The new managment of the mail room needs to find some kind of organization because the way it is headed is not good... The meetings required interfering with the meetings shot themselves in the foot with training people. Now there is a skeleton crew that will have more work piled on them when they could have EASILY kept the temps to go permanent giving them more tasks to do in the mail room.
