      None.. Good employees who are treated horribly by a narcissistic delusional owner.

      Where to begin.Horrible benefits, lousy and toxic work environment created by CEO. CEO is a joke among industry peers.

      Pros

      I don't have to do anything. Free internet all day. No work or responsibilities. However, I'm not learning anything and I'm getting bored. Management direction is all over the place but the good thing is that the main message is just not to mess up. I met the CEO once and she seems to sugar coat everything. I hope everything is really that good.

      Cons

      Someday, the customer will find out and we will lose the contract. I have to browse the internet to learn anything. It is stressful not knowing when the last day will come. Low pay.

      Thank you for your review and feedback. Our company has daily project SCRUMS for all teams that work on any projects. We collaborate with each other several times a day even during the pandemic! If you were a part of a project that is billable, you would have daily assignments and progress reporting to your Project Manager. Also, it is truly appreciated when employees bring any concerns they have to HR during the tenure of their employment. This way such concerns can be addressed. Again, thank you for all your services to our Arch family!

      Pros

      If you have a good manager you might learn a few things! All the “good reviews” posted are relatively around the same time. I guess they are looking to hire, but they will only keep you for 1 week - 2 months MAX!

      -Crazy work demands -No work/life balance -The CEO, Vini. Every negative review you read is true! -The place is a sinking ship, #KARMA
