      Great Company Enviorment

      Pros

      I started not knowing much about the company but they have really spent so many resources to get me up to speed with how they do things. I have got the opportunity to wear multiple hats by being able to work with all departments. This really grew me as a person because I got to be able to meet different kind of people. The CEO is great to work with because she listens to peoples ideas and provide a detailed way of how she would approach situations/problems. Most CEO'S, have the problem with only thinking their way or the highway. She listens to everyone's thoughts and try's to put them together.

      Cons

      The fast/state-of-the-art elevator makes my stomach drop. Feels a little like a roller coaster drop.

      The people who work there really tried to do a great job but the deck was stacked against them

      This has to be the worst company that I ever worked for. I read the reviews prior to joining and did not think is could be that bad.. It is..From HR to QA, management was the most unprofessional group I ever seen. I've witnessed first had the public chastising and belittling of employees. Processes change on a daily basis causing as a result of poor management.

      I am very sorry you feel this way about your experience. We like to keep an atmosphere of fun amidst of working hard. It seems unfortunately that you took something said as a joke personally and I apologize for that. We wish all of our employees to have a pleasant experience while working with Arch and will continue to aim for that.
