      I have been working at Arch Systems for the past 3 years, and I am shocked by these reviews.

      Pros

      I came into the IT industry inexperienced, but the Arch staff provided me with adequate support allowing me to thrive within their complex environment. I am grateful to be surrounded by such understanding people who respect a good work ethic and a positive attitude. The CEO is an excellent leader, she trusts her employees and acknowledges hard work. She is very direct on what she wants and if you make a mistake she does not scold you but helps you. She gives each employee opportunities to show their capabilities. She is very experienced within the industry and shares her knowledge with employees.

      Pros

      Great company to work for with expected growth in the near future. Management will listen to your input and work with you for a solution to a situation. People are amazing and friendly.

      Cons

      Work Hours. Some flexibility would be helpful but overall excellent company.
