Huge growth potential if you are independent, hardworking, creative.

Cons

Benefits are not the greatest, just "okay". Not much direction. If you are not an independent thinker, it is a difficult place to work.

Good, hardworking people, very sincere and talented. This company is for active people who are focused on their careers.

Cons

Had a great learning experience at this company. Did not see any issues at all with management. Small businesses do have their own share of challenges.
