      I have nothing good to say about this company.

      Cons

      In my near 20 years of working I've never worked at a company as poorly managed as this one. These review are indeed true, and not exaggerated. The company incredibly deceptive, immoral, without any loyalty or work ethics. I strongly advise you stay as far away from this company as possible.

      Great place to learn and grow

      Pros

      The best thing at Arch is Cross functional learning. If you have the zeal to learn and do hard work,this is a place where you can learn all aspects of an IT project and program management irrespective of the role you are in. Everyone gets an opportunity to learn, contribute, excel and grow. Co-workers are really supportive Top Management is approachable and friendly

      Cons

      Not that flexible when coming to work hours, this can be improved.

      Stay away from this horrible company

      Pros

      I receive a paycheck, not a great one, but one.

      Cons

      Individuals come and go like a revolving door. The owner makes up fake reasons to fire people and lay them off. They have let go great technical employees and management. They lie to their customers, employees, and companies they do work with.
