I worked for Arch last year and personally I didn’t have an experience anything like the other reviews I just read. They were completely upfront of what their expectations were and what was expected of me prior to my hire date. In my book that sort of honesty goes a long way and makes a significant difference in my decision making. The only reason why I left was because of personal reasons; otherwise I’d still be there completing projects and having fun with my old employees I truly miss

It gives me a great pleasure to write this to you all because today is my last day with this magnificent company. My Journey so far would not have been made possible if not because of the Almighty God and you all. Every bit of the day I spent here has been a lesson for me and every person I have had encounter with has made me stronger one way or the other. I have had an awesome team from the inception of my project with QAM and ending with MLN. One thing is incontestable, Arch Systems is blessed with good employees and I have enjoyed working with everyone directly and indirectly. Permit me to say a few things about people that have made the most impact in my life during my entire stay here at Arch. Vini: You have been and awesome person to me . All my encounters with you were filled with laughter and encouragement, growth and focus. Thank you for being who you are to me, I really do appreciate it. The words have heard from you over the months thought me how to nurture my work, knowledge and understanding and it also made me smarter. Vini has been good to me since my inception in this organization till this moment of leaving. Thank you for this and this encounter will always be in my heart for good. Tariq: Thank you for being very good to me, you have consistently been wonderful. Carlen: My wonderful and superb PM, it’s so amazing that I worked with you even though it was for a short period of time, during this short time, I have learnt a lot as if I have worked with you for years. From the first day, you embraced and showered me with knowledge and understanding. You trained me and even set up online training for me just to be a better person. This is so amazing, and I was astonished by this gesture. Your approach to managing is people working for you is outstandingly incredible. Thank you so much and I will surely miss you. For the record, you are a first-class manager and a very good one. I will like to work with u again. IT Dept (Matthew, Byron & Mike): Thank you for impacting me with knowledge when I needed it. You are all good people. Erica: When I said Arch Systems is blessed with great employee, you are a typical example of a great employee this company has among others. Your ability to learn and carry out your giving tasks without hesitation and without slacking is magnificent. You are a very smart person and highly professional. Working with you has been incredible. I will surely miss you. Mr. Bob: In the world of Information Security, you have turned my good skills to an excellent skill. What you have thought me, what you have instilled in me, and the grace of God had brought me thus far. You really are God sent. Your wealth of experience in the IT world is exceptional and second to none. You believed in me that I can do my job effectively and am glad I didn’t disappoint you. I will greatly miss you and like I have said once, I will like to work with you over and over again. Mobeena: With you I know there are friends that sticks closer than a brother. You have always been a source of inspiration to me, you have impacted a lot of knowledge in me from the first day I started working with you. You have a pure heart, peace loving, always bringing out the best in me, a fantastic team leader. I have really improved on my skills because of you. Your hard work has encouraged me to work harder. I won’t forget how u always tell me “I can do it” in difficult times. You believed in me a lot. Thank you, my sincerely good friend. The world would be a peaceful and a better place with more people like you. I really cannot thank you enough Mobeena. I will surely miss you and I hope to work with you again. Chee Chee: Am short of words to write about this marvelous, magnificent, superb, glorious, sublime, lovely, delightful, super, great, fantastic, terrific, tremendous, incredible, fabulous, out of this world, awesome, and brilliant personality. I can confidently write a bestselling book from who you are and who you have been to me. You are an unadulterated treasure not just to me but to a lot of people in Arch Systems and beyond. You have always believed in me even sometimes beyond how I believed in myself, you have given me the opportunity to be a better person at work and in my life. You have always been supportive to make sure I have a good career and that I do a good job. You scolded me where necessary, so I can always do a good job and be at my best. In your capacity, you gave me chances to improve on my skills and learn more even on Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and you provided support for me both with technical writing and even with my information security work, your knowledge about a lot of things is super amazing. Thank you for all you have been. You are an indefatigable defender and supporter of my career. This generation is blessed because you are in it and generations to come will feel your impact because of those you have positively impacted. I will love to always work with you. To everyone else: You are all great and Amazing people, it was nice knowing all of you and working with you. Once again, I want to say thank you to Vini for the opportunity she gave me to work in this great company. Prior to joining this company, I have worked in some organizations as a cybersecurity professional without certifications, I joined this company without a certification, but as of today with God, supports and encouragements both directly and indirectly from Vini, Chee Chee, Mobeena, Tosin & Mr Bob, hardwork and focus,( Thousands of USD😊), I have been certified with the following cybersecurity certifications with more coming this year. Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) Security+ certified CE Certified AWS Developer Associate Certified Scrum Master (CSM) I have not reached my goals, but I have started because of everyone that has impacted me in this great organization.
