Cons

Arch Systems is, in a word, a joke. It is a small-time company run by an arrogant unscrupulous tyrant with no insight into what the real world thinks of the company and even less business acumen. To say that Arch Systems is an innovations company is laughable! The organization is technologically deficient, has no structure, no real leadership, staggering turnover rates, and a flawed system of operation. The CEO has no idea what it takes to be a successful leader because she is too stuck on her own outdated, mom-and-pop practices to allow positive change to flow down to the employees who are expected to toil ridiculously long hours like mindless workers in a sweatshop. The Arch staff turnover rate is like nothing I’ve ever experienced, and most of the staff is retained simply to do the bidding of management, regardless of how ridiculous, morally lacking, or professionally questionable the requests may be. As for the office climate, morale and camaraderie is non-existent. It is a dismal, depressing environment where it’s every man for his/herself and no one can be trusted. Not only that, being hired at Arch means you are given a meaningless title or you can just make one up for yourself because you never know what you’ll be doing from one day to the next. Being a multi-faceted team player is one thing, but working at Arch is something completely different than that. It’s a chaotic free-for-all where employees are constantly shifted around like a frantic game of musical chairs just to fill positions. Vetting employees and their qualifications, or even determining a company focus, usually comes as a secondary or tertiary consideration, if it is done at all. Arch is a knee-jerk, scattered operation where decisions are made on a whim and no regard is given to the possible fallout or effects on employees, projects, partners, and customers. As a final note, just read the Glassdoor reviews. You will notice there are two types---glowing commentaries or the truth.
