      Experiencing the problems that come with extremely fast growth - establishing policies/procedures and structure to the organization. They are getting there but it takes some time.

      The CEO and Management team are highly Motivated which brings much positive energy in the whole team. This is the definition of what a team should be. It's been wonderful to be a part of the company. I can list the pros as - Great Work Culture, you are in charge of what you are doing and feel appreciated - Feels awesome to work with a talented team - You get ample opportunity to enhance your skills as you work

      There is no room for a person who don't want to grow. Beware if you are lazy and just working for peanuts.
