This company is a complete scam. I work on the IT side, providing services to federal clients (National Institute of Health/NIH). Everyone is on pins and needles to avoid being fired. Operational staff is hired remotely from India, and administrative staff is hired from HubZone or low-income areas. The incompetence of the people we employ is highly alarming. New administrative and operational employees are hired and assigned to Tariq Ehsan, a supervisor at our company who we have yet to meet, receive an email from, or speak to over the phone. Several employees believe that this individual does not exist. Puja Kumari runs the Human Resources office and needs a basic understanding of such functions. This organization's high turnover rate is due to HR recruiting individuals from low-income areas to qualify for Hubzone incentives from the Small Business Administration. These individuals are hired for aesthetic purposes, do not perform work, and are fired after the company reports the statistics to the Small Business Administration. I plan to part ways with this company after completing the current projects assigned by our federal client. I also find it odd how Tareka Wheeler could be promoted from a director to a vice president in less than 6 months.
