      Horrible company to work for.

      Pros

      Really bad health insurance. All those great reviews you see on the site are fake. I have had first hand experience working for this company.

      Cons

      No work life balance. You are expected to work 80 hours a week (including weekends) for salaried employees with no comp time. If you are ever out sick, you will not get paid once you deplete your sick leave hours. They are basically slave drivers. Take your hide somewhere else where you may be appreciated. Horrible management style and beware of HR. They are basically a bunch or rogues.

      I have nothing good to say about this company.

      Cons

      In my near 20 years of working I've never worked at a company as poorly managed as this one. These review are indeed true, and not exaggerated. The company incredibly deceptive, immoral, without any loyalty or work ethics. I strongly advise you stay as far away from this company as possible.

      The Positive Reviews Are Fake, likely submitted by the Executive team

      Pros

      Other then getting a paycheck, their aren't any pros to working here.

      Cons

      No work/life balance, No respect, No decency, Over worked and under paid, a constant mistrust, a hostile work environment, the CEO yells at and constantly belittles employees.
