      Pros

      Laid back environment. Boots and jeans and able to get off work when needed

      Cons

      The company doesnt care about their employees at all and there are way too many inside wishy washy politics. You are told you are doing great and this is the way the company is going, then the next day it's a completely different change and you are without a job. You can't trust the management and they will stab you in the back for their own good. You end up picking up work for people let go and to be compensated for the massive amounts of work never happens

      Pros

      Good pay and decent equipment. Oklahoma crew is very solid, good teamwork.

      Cons

      Askholes - constantly asking how to make improvements and not taking action on suggestions and continually making the same industry mistakes. There's a reason the Odessa yard closed so fast.
