Awesome Captain, few incompetent Associates & Terrible HR(H factor missing)

Pros

Good brand name on resume, Loads of projects, one of the few arch firms that pay enough, you can develop your single-handed working skills(if any) OR just progress in developing fake screen gazing & late sitting skills. Bad sub-leadership in select groups(landed in the wrong one and learned the hard way), very enthusiastic & genuine Boss at the top, but same cannot be said down the line. Good set of 'away from home' can live in office set of draughtsmen. Some hard-working,some not so.

Cons

bad office management, zero work-life balance in this 21st century, ridiculous HR policies regarding working overnight, Employee benefits non-existent, factory worker like treatment from HR

Pros

Busy office with a ridiculous number of projects running simultaneously. Never a dull moment. Architect Hafeez is a hands on kind of person and is very involved in every single project that goes out the door. He knows the ins and outs of every single one of his projects. Quick decision maker, knows what he wants, clear about it and always looks at the bigger picture rather than focus on the small things. Gives credit where credit is due no matter who the employee or where they fall in the office hierarchy.

Cons

Overwhelming at times but not unmanageable. Often had long working hours but has taken care of the employees in terms of dinner and transport. Shortage of restrooms but things may have changed after the expansion.
