Pros

In my ten years at Archrock, I have seen firsthand how Archrock prioritizes its people at every level. They've done a great job recognizing employee contributions and have made great strides in enhancing the employee experience to make Archrock a great place to work!

Cons

With a large geographical footprint and a 24/7 operational environment, things can move at a fast pace, which can be a challenge for those not used to this type of dynamic. However, strong teamwork and clear communication help manage this well.

A really great place to work that is always pushing to improve. Archrock really tries to help its employees with a healthy work life balance.

Cons

I don’t have a con I believe it’s great place to work with lots of opportunities for those that want the challenge.
