      Pros

      Archrock is a company that is focused on superior customer service and everything that they do is with the customer is mind. We have weathered the oil and gas industry downturn inuch better financial shape than our competitors, so we are well positioned to grow in 2017 and beyond.

      Cons

      Difficult time the past 2 years and will need to continue the focus on all employees as the oil and gas industry improves.
