Great employer, great opportunity to work there. Everyone there made you feel like family. Wonderful experience. I would recommend to anyone.

Cons

Oil and gas industry is suffering. Unless things turn around I feel as if there will be many others that will be leaving as well.

Strong technical abilities at the local levels across the country. Strong safety culture that is driven by top leadership

Cons

Micromanagement from corporate office has caused a lot of talented leaders at all levels to leave company. First response to any market slow down is to lay off workers. There is no trust between "field" employees and "corporate" employees.
