Pros

Management values their people's opinion. The company invest a lot in in new people as soon as they are hired. Hard work is noticed and appreciated. Safety really is top priority.

Cons

The oil and gas industry can change in a second. Those that succeed understand and plan for this during both the good times and the bad.

Pros

Get to work on many different compressor types and models. Great opportunity to develop your mechanical skills.

Cons

Management rarely listens or takes feedback from employees below them. They will implement many policy and procedure changes without prior notice.

Pros

Good benefits, loyal to employees, management is fair to all. I worked there for 20 years. When the oilfield turned down, they struggled to keep employees while other companies were laying off. They waited as long as they could before having to make cuts.

Cons

They seem to be top heavy in areas where less (or more competent) people could do the job. Could listen to middle management better.
