      Pros

      Opportunity for quick advancement if you are willing to relocate. Casual dress.

      Cons

      There are high turnover rates at key positions due to people leaving for other opportunities. Despite the lack of work/life balance there is very little employee recognition or engagement, only confrontation and scapegoating if the job doesn't get done.

      Pros

      Some genuinely good entry and mid-level employees both at the Roswell office and at the manufacturing sites.

      Cons

      Management is atrocious. Nepotism is rampant. Their 'adult behavior model' and their 'no BS work environment' is just an excuse for upper management to call people out in the middle of a hallway or in a business reviews. Best way to actually *GROW* in that company is brown-nosing - it will move you up QUICK! 2 weeks PTO (the usual) but it takes about 35 years to gain that third and subsequent weeks off.
