Pros
There has been a lot of change in the organization as a result of the separation from Alcoa in the fall of 2016. I see a lot of positive changes happening - improvements in process, changes in leadership, empowering employees to really make a difference. Strong focus on innovation and focus on the customers.
Cons
Lots of change has been hard for some people to manage, but I think there will be a big upside in the end.
