Pros

Good pay, benefits, international enviornment.

Cons

Was a great company when it was part of Alcoa. Finance became more and more just a tool for upper management to drive impossible targets into the business.

Pros

- Employee Benefits - access to Physiotherapy, Nurse, Psychotherapist, Free Private Health Cash Plan. - Early finish on a Friday - Some genuinely passionate employees and leaders who want to see positive organisational change.

Cons

- Certain leaders ruin the organisation and lower morale. They are uninspiring, unmotivating and this impacts workplace culture massively. High turnover in the areas they lead as opposed to the areas lead by some of the more competent and proactive leaders. - Nepotism galore. Often find that family members work with direct reports. Depends how comfortable you are with that dynamic. - Zero consistency in terms of flexible working arrangements. Working from Home is available for certain office departments but not others, leading to tension and resentment between colleagues. - Met for a 1:1 with my Leader once in the entirety of my employment. No check-ins to assess progress within my role, was often left to learn new processes unaided, only to be reprimanded when ultimately something went wrong.
