      Pros

      I guess I would say some of the people you work with are very nice, fun people.

      Cons

      The biggest issue is definitely the management and supervisors, there is very much of a me vs you attitude, you do not feel safe going to them with issues because they don't do anything about it. Presses are constantly down or having issues because they refuse to have them fixed properly. Saturdays are mandatory even though there is a set weekend shift. Also talk of making everyone work 7 days a week. Quality changes their minds day to day what is a good part and what's bad.

      Pros

      Opened culture, what you do matters, new energetic fast paced company with great future growth opportunity. Genuinely exciting products, services, and customers; positioned well in the aviation industry.

      Cons

      Certain functions move slower than the rest of the organisation holding up overall advancement. Resources are not distributed proportionally within the corporation just yet.

      Pros

      Worked with some great people on my team. They were really flexible for me and my family. Great pay and benefits for a person coming out of college.

      Cons

      Depending on the plant, the working relationships between departments can vary greatly. Undergoing some change right now which has also added to the work stress.
