      Have a very good opportunities to growth, you can learn a lot from the sister plants on the U.S.

      Cons

      The salary rate in Mexico is very below even with other foreign companies here, and when you get to a position the growth opportunities just disappear

      Opened culture, what you do matters, new energetic fast paced company with great future growth opportunity. Genuinely exciting products, services, and customers; positioned well in the aviation industry.

      Cons

      Certain functions move slower than the rest of the organisation holding up overall advancement. Resources are not distributed proportionally within the corporation just yet.
