Pros

-Supportive culture; everyone truly wants you to succeed -The people are genuine and really do care about the impact they are making internally and externally -Going into work every day FEELS GOOD!! -Very generous benefits -Everyone is extremely talented and it is clear why they are on the team!

Cons

-None that are company specific, but this is a very heavy regulated industry which can add extra challenges to a difficult job
