Pros
Working on my 9th year with Ardent. We are a family. Working collaboratively in Agile environments to support our clients. Ardent was a small business that is working on becoming larger, but still cares about employee's input, happiness and success. I appreciate working with high quality peers, managers and executives.
Cons
Health insurance is a struggle for Ardent and many other employers. They have changed to try to accommodate.
