Pros

Ardent really does have the answers to government requirements. Their team of professionals are experienced GIS/Situational Awareness IT SME's. In addition, the principals at Ardent are the best in BD that I have ever seen or had the opportunity with which to work. These characteristics set Ardent apart as a highly regarded, trusted government contractor in GIS/SA/IT solutions.

Cons

Very hardworking team which can sometimes be difficult to maintain a work like balance.

Pros

Great company, great management and great coworkers. Benefits are what you would expect but do not cost an arm and a leg. Work schedules are pretty flexible and the office has nice perks with snacks. Bonus, it's MAUI!

Cons

It's sooo quiet. :) I guess i've just worked with a lot of loud people.
