Pros

I have been employed and working at ArdentMC for more than a year. What I enjoyed the most is how ArdentMC is family oriented and centric. The company treats every employee as a member of the family. Always there and willing to help when you need one. Their goal is to see you succeed at your job. If you are successful at your job, Ardent is successful at fulfilling its commitment to the clients. All members of the senior management team, including the CEO, have open door policy and are always available to address your concerns; and above all, pay is very competitive.

Cons

The company’s current benefits can be improved.

Pros

Great benefits and compensation with a unique posture to grow in nearly any direction. Whether you are a developer, back-office, technician, or management, you can grow, and grow quickly at this company. I always felt that I mattered at ArdentMC, and was treated as such, by all upper management and employees alike. This company was not easy to walk away from, and if the opportunity arises, I would happily return.

Cons

Some parking limitations if you work at the Roslyn office, but can often be overcome by flexibility, depending on the position.
