Location, compensation typical of engineering work.

Cons

I really can't say why we saw what we saw - but it was exactly the kind of set up which, apparently, allows one employee in the throws of a personal crisis to drive all of their coworkers to find other jobs, one by one, while the rest of the organization stands idly by.

Pros

Best reason to work for Ardurra is to appreciate the last company I worked for.

Cons

There are so many— starting at the top where “Leadership” foster “every man for them self” atmosphere. CFO is a joke and leads a bunch of people who are constantly afraid of her rage. IT hates to help people with problems and treats ever help desk call as if we are idiots. HR- don’t get me started. This group barely shows up and gives poor advise. Fairly sure their job is to write fake recommendations on this job site.

Toxic supervisors that were self interested Fake support from supervisors that did not encourage young people and did not speak to peers with respect.
