Pros

The team gets along very well, and there's none of the office drama I've experienced at other companies. Schedules are flexible as your job allows, and management encourages employees to put family first. Compensation is fair.

Cons

Very few cons. Engineering offices are a bit quiet if you're an extrovert. As a part time employee, I'm not eligible for benefits, but that's true nearly everywhere.
