Pros

Accommodating hours/shifts. Pay ok. Extreme diversity in hiring.

Cons

They do not promote from within. If you want to move on or make it anywhere in the company you have to get hired in another department. As far as the Attractions Department is concerned. They hire from outside which is wrong because the employees that have been there managing and supervising almost since day one get passed over for a "pool boy" from Caesars Palace.

Pros

This was the most ambitious company with most creative teams across different verticals and brainstorm sessions I’ve worked with. I loved working with my colleagues who were all fantastic people

Cons

Ambitious but lacks execution and clear plan in management. Burnout is common with creative direction. Need real experts instead of self proclaimed subject matter experts. Decision paralysis.
