Cons

Nothing jumps out at this point. There are changes being made to facilitate growth which I agree with, that rub some employees the wrong way - to be expected.

Great culture, product, and focus. Competitive benefits. Kitchen is well stocked with snacks/drinks. Many employees play sports weekly during lunch.

Nothing serious. Best company I've worked for in over a decade.

New swag, stocked kitchen. Office manager is very kind.

Cons

Acquired by PE firm... lots of change and uncertainty. Many of the new executives are out of Austin... upcoming HQ change? In addition to demotions, they also recently let go of MANY well performing employees right before the holidays without any notice....
