Pros

There are very many nice people at the company. There is also a strong sense of community at Arena. We celebrate many holidays together with company parties. There is also a great worklife balance.

Cons

The office doesn't have the easiest access to transportation. If we had a shuttle service to downtown San Francisco that would be a great alternative to driving in traffic.

Pros

I can comfortably say this is the best place I have worked. The atmosphere and people are wonderful, they promote a work/life balance, and it's a fun place that I genuinely enjoy coming into every day.

Cons

None so far. Company is transparent in goals and expectations. You are allowed a certain amount of leeway to do things your own way within the company's broader overall goals.

+ People and culture are awesome + Nice technical challenges + Good management + Good work life balance

Cons

Not really cons, just comments: + Some legacy software still exists and efforts to migrate it are being done. It'll be great once that is complete. + The Company builds products for the PLM industry, which sometimes moves a bit slower than other industries. This is good in that creates a need for steady evolution but not in a skyrocket speed as in other faster paced industries.
