Pros

I've worked at quite a few companies in the Bay Area and Arena stands out for its friendliness, teamwork, and approachability of senior management. Everybody is genuinely on the same page helping each other out, and you can see the results in the high growth the company is seeing. Craig has set a terrific culture and its a pleasure to come to work every day!

Cons

Open office environment can be distracting but that would only be a con for the easily distractible.
