Pros

Arena is the most collaborative company I have worked with in my 30 plus years in business! I get a "Thank You" every single week for just doing my job. You have to love a company that interviews their new hires, 30, 60 and 90 days in just to make sure they are settling in and all is good. Management is transparent, if there is a problem they want to know about so as to work on a solution. Truly an outstanding environment.

Cons

No company is perfect. Obviously, issues may arise, however, at this time I have not experienced a con.
