The only pro is that you often aren’t actually working with the terrible people that own and run Artemis

Cons

No potential for growth Unrealistic expectations of your work hours HR is worthless and a HUGE liability. Benefits are terrible Management cares about their pockets and that is it. There are many secrets, but one thing that isn’t a secret is that this place is poorly run and full of deception and lies.
